ProductiOS User Agreement.
ProductiOS is a founding creative network and production software preview. By creating an account, you agree to use it honestly, safely, and in a way that respects other members.
Account basics
- Use a real email address you control.
- Keep your password and account access private.
- Do not impersonate another person, company, school, venue, or production.
- Keep your profile, role, skills, gear, and portfolio links reasonably accurate.
Jobs, events, and gear
- Clearly label work as paid, unpaid, trade, volunteer, or educational.
- Do not hide compensation terms, required work, location, schedule, or safety expectations.
- Only post gear you own, control, or are authorized to sell, rent, or trade.
- Events must include accurate host, timing, access, and cost details when those fields exist.
Content and rights
- Post only content you have the right to share.
- You keep ownership of your content, but give ProductiOS permission to display it inside the service.
- Do not upload private client material, unreleased footage, personal records, or confidential production files unless you have permission.
Moderation
ProductiOS may hide, remove, label, limit, or review posts, comments, profiles, jobs, gear listings, events, or accounts that appear unsafe, misleading, abusive, spammy, illegal, or outside the purpose of the network.
Creator Points and rewards
ProductiOS may test Creator Points as a reputation system for useful participation. Points may affect badges, visibility, early feature access, and future drawing eligibility, but they are not money, have no cash value, are not transferable, and can be adjusted or removed for abuse, fraud, moderation decisions, or system errors.
Any future raffle, drawing, or surprise package must be governed by official rules before it goes live, including no-purchase-necessary access, eligibility, odds, prize details, taxes, and geographic limits.
Early access
Features may change, break, move, or be removed during early access. ProductiOS may use aggregate signup, profile, and interest-signal data to prioritize the roadmap.
Updates to this agreement
ProductiOS may update this agreement as the platform evolves. The current version is always at /user-agreement and carries a version date.
- Material changes (anything that changes what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, fees, or your core rights) will be communicated by email to the address on your account, with at least 14 days of notice before the new version takes effect.
- Non-material changes (clarifications, fixes, formatting, additional safeguards in your favor) may take effect when posted.
- Acceptance: continued use of the platform after a new version takes effect means you accept the new version. If you do not accept, you may close your account at any time before the effective date.
- Versioning: we record the agreement version and the timestamp you accepted on your account so both sides have a clear record.
Early access disclaimer and warranties
ProductiOS is in early access. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from defects, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that any specific feature will ship, persist, or operate at any specific quality level during early access.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProductiOS, its operators, contractors, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of ProductiOS. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to this agreement is limited to the greater of: the amount you have paid ProductiOS in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProductiOS, its operators, contractors, and partners from any third-party claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of ProductiOS, your violation of this agreement, your violation of any law, or your violation of third-party rights. We will give you reasonable notice of any such claim and let you participate in the defense at your expense.
Termination and suspension
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this agreement, the community policy, or applicable law, or that pose a risk to other members or to the platform. We may also remove or limit access to specific content, features, or surfaces without terminating the underlying account. On termination, the data-handling rules in this agreement still apply to any remaining records, subject to legal retention requirements.
Governing law and dispute resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes that the parties cannot resolve informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. You and ProductiOS each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If a court finds any provision of this agreement unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect to the maximum extent possible.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including infrastructure outages, third-party service failures, network attacks, severe weather, illness, or government action.
Entire agreement
This agreement, together with the Community Policy and any feature-specific terms posted at the time you use a feature, is the entire agreement between you and ProductiOS regarding ProductiOS. It supersedes any prior understandings.
Contact for legal notices
For privacy, data, legal, or termination requests, send a message to the support address published on ProductiOS when one is live. Until a public legal address is published, send notices to contact@primecreationz.com with subject line "ProductiOS legal notice" and we will route them.
This is an early-access agreement. ProductiOS plans to have a licensed attorney review and refine these terms before broad public release. Members will be notified of any update before it takes effect, per the Updates section above.
Data, contact, and how we use it
ProductiOS exists to connect creative people. We collect what is needed to do that and nothing more.
- What we collect: email, password (hashed, never readable), display name, role, optional phone, optional city, optional skills, your acceptance of this agreement, and the timestamps on those choices.
- How we use it: to verify your account, route relevant opportunities to you, surface other creative people who match what you do, send the updates you agreed to receive, and prioritize the features founding members ask for.
- Who sees it inside ProductiOS: only what you make visible on your profile. Private fields stay private. Verification, contact, and consent fields are operational, not shared with other members.
- Partners: we may share limited profile information with media-industry partners (production companies, venues, schools, brands, gear sponsors, and similar organizations) for the purpose of connecting you with paid or unpaid creative opportunities. We do not sell your data to advertisers, brokers, or outside the media industry.
- Security: account credentials are stored in Supabase Auth with hashed passwords. Profile data lives in a separate Supabase project on encrypted infrastructure. We do not store payment data in ProductiOS itself; future payments run through audited third parties like Stripe.
- Your control: you can edit your profile, change your contact preferences, or close your account at any time. Closing the account removes you from the directory and stops outbound emails. Anonymized aggregate data may remain in roadmap and analytics records.
- Email sender: verification and update emails come from a no-reply ProductiOS address. Replies are not monitored. For real questions, use the support contact published on the site when one is live.
